After 30 Years...The Art Spirit Gallery is Closing Forever
As We Wind Down…
Dear Friends of The Art Spirit,
With heavy hearts and deep gratitude, we write to share that we have just three weeks remaining in this beloved building. It has been an honor to be part of your lives, to celebrate art and community together, and to witness the creativity that fills this space. Thank you for every visit, every conversation, every purchase, every shared laugh and tear — you have made The Art Spirit what it is.
This week, we’ll hang the remaining artwork while preparing for a large delivery to Montana. We’re also getting the space ready for our final fundraiser, Monday Night Dinner, on Monday, March 9th. That evening, we’ll offer the rest of the artwork for sale, sell Transcend the Bullshit shirts and hats by Harold Balazs, and gratefully accept donations to help pay our final bills. Your support at this event will help us close this chapter with dignity and care for the artists and staff who have given so much.
The rest of that week, we’ll begin returning more artwork to artists and prepare for our Community Clean Up Day on Saturday, March 14th. The following week will be dedicated to bookkeeping and final wrap-up, and then we will close the doors forever.
We leave with memories that will stay with us always: exhibitions launched here, careers nurtured, friendships formed, and a community that showed up time and again for art and for one another. If you can join us for the Monday Night Dinner, Community Clean Up Day, or to browse and buy remaining works, your presence would mean the world.
Thank you for believing in The Art Spirit, for supporting artists, and for being part of our family. Though the building closes, the spirit of this community endures — in the artists, the work, and in each of you.
With love and gratitude,
The Art Spirit Gallery

Consulting
Curating | Commissions | Installation | Collaboration
We curate art that reflects our client's tastes and aesthetic. We work to enhance the architecture and decor, and delight those who will live with or amongst the works for years to come. We represent a large stable of talented artists from throughout the region. We manage the selection, acquisition and installation of original artworks. We can arrange for commissions, reproductions, or other custom works specific to a space, place, or project.
We professionally collaborate with clients, designers, architects, developers and more, to work with the nuance of each and every project. We serve as consultants offering insights into the art world, while working to develop clear and comprehensive plans, and to deliver results on time and within budget.
